  • Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Set aside.
    Chicken Breasts: 320 g
  • Slice the onion and bell peppers (romano pepper).
    Onion: 1 onion
    Romano Pepper: 2 romano peppers
  • Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until just starting to brown, about 3-4 minutes.
    Olive Oil (EV): 1 tbsp
  • Add the onions and peppers to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  • Sprinkle in paprika, cumin, and salt. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
    Paprika: 2 tsp
    Salt: 1 pinch
    Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Warm wraps in a dry pan or microwave according to package instructions.

  • Serve the chicken, peppers, and onions in the warm wraps. Add toppings such as sliced avocado, coriander, lime wedges, and yoghurt as desired.
