  • Warm the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat until gently simmering.
    Baked Beans : 400 g
    Salt: 1 pinch
  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat with oil. Add the sausages and hash browns. Cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
    Sausages: 4 sausages
    Vegetable Oil: 1 tbsp
    Hash Browns: 4 patties
  • Push items to one side of the pan and add the bacon and black pudding. Fry until the bacon is crisp and the black pudding is browned on both sides.

  • In a second pan, melt butter and sauté the mushrooms and halved tomatoes until golden and tender. Season to taste.

  • Toast the bread and butter it.

  • Fry the eggs in a little oil or butter until cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Plate everything: sausages, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, toast, and a spoon of hot beans. Serve with brown sauce on the side.
