  • Prep: Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Slice the avocado. Cut the lime into wedges.
    Avocado: 1 avocado
    Onion: 0.5 onions
    Garlic: 1 clove
    Lime: 1 lime
  • Cook beans: Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Soften the onion, then add garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in black beans, chipotle sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 8–9 minutes, lightly mashing some beans. Squeeze over half the lime.
