- Pat chicken dry. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon zest, paprika, a good pinch of salt and pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Rub all over the chicken.Garlic: 2 clovesChicken Breasts: 4 breastsOlive Oil (EV): 1 tbspPaprika: 1 tspSalt: 2 pinchesLemon: 1 lemonBlack Pepper: 1 pinch
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Reduce heat if browning too fast.Olive Oil (EV): 1 tbsp
