  • Pat chicken dry. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon zest, paprika, a good pinch of salt and pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Rub all over the chicken.
    Garlic: 2 cloves
    Chicken Breasts: 4 breasts
    Olive Oil (EV): 1 tbsp
    Paprika: 1 tsp
    Salt: 2 pinches
    Lemon: 1 lemon
    Black Pepper: 1 pinch
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Reduce heat if browning too fast.
    Olive Oil (EV): 1 tbsp
  • Add broccoli and a splash of water to the pan. Cover and steam 3–4 minutes until bright and tender-crisp. Season lightly with salt.
    Water: 60 ml
    Broccoli: 1 head
    Salt: 1 pinch
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon over the chicken. Rest 2 minutes, then slice and serve with the broccoli.
